Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HTR2A-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HTR2A-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher HTR2A-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HTR2A-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC and OV show a favorable association.

LIHC, THCA, and UCS are the cancer types where HTR2A-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
