Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HTR1F Mutation is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HTR1F data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher HTR1F Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HTR1F expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

UCEC, HNSC, and DLBC are the cancer types where HTR1F Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
