HTR1F

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR1F mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR1F-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, ATM, and Snail. Each is linked with HTR1F in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR1F-to-partner and partner-to-HTR1F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by HTR1F-low versus HTR1F-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR1F→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR1F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
