HTN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 672 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTN1, SMR3B, and CSN2. Each is linked with HTN3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTN3-to-partner and partner-to-HTN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
