Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HTN1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HTN1 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher HTN1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HTN1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD are the cancer types where HTN1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
