HTN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 88 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR7E97P, MIR3144, and MIR1283-1. Each is linked with HTN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTN1-to-partner and partner-to-HTN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR7E97P grouped by HTN1-low versus HTN1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
