HTD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,275 significant associations in total. DLBC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP64, EBLN2, and RN7SL381P. Each is linked with HTD2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTD2-to-partner and partner-to-HTD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTD2 versus RPL23AP64 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
