HTD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,001 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SETD2, GTF3C1, and WEE1. Each is linked with HTD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTD2-to-partner and partner-to-HTD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTD2 versus SETD2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
