Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTATSF1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,752 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HTATSF1P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAP2, USP42_S754, and CLIC2. Each is linked with HTATSF1P2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTATSF1P2-to-partner and partner-to-HTATSF1P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTATSF1P2 versus STAP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTATSF1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTATSF1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
