HTATSF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTATSF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,388 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTATSF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHF6, HTATSF1_S481, and CUL4B. Each is linked with HTATSF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTATSF1-to-partner and partner-to-HTATSF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTATSF1 versus PHF6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTATSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTATSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
