Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTATSF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,595 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HTATSF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JADE3, THOC2, and PRPF3. Each is linked with HTATSF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTATSF1-to-partner and partner-to-HTATSF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTATSF1 versus JADE3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTATSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTATSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
