HTATSF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTATSF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,460 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTATSF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND5P23, KCTD5, and SNRPD3. Each is linked with HTATSF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTATSF1-to-partner and partner-to-HTATSF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND5P23 grouped by HTATSF1-low versus HTATSF1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTATSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTATSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
