Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTATSF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,766 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HTATSF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle, Negative regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition, and U2-type prespliceosome assembly. Each is linked with HTATSF1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTATSF1-to-partner and partner-to-HTATSF1 results are reported.
