HTATSF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTATSF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTATSF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP27, KRT84, and OTUD6A. Each is linked with HTATSF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTATSF1-to-partner and partner-to-HTATSF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP27 grouped by HTATSF1-low versus HTATSF1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTATSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTATSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
