Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HTATIP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HTATIP2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher HTATIP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HTATIP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, OV, and THCA are the cancer types where HTATIP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
