HTATIP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTATIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,001 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTATIP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CGGBP1, HDGFL3, and ARHGEF5. Each is linked with HTATIP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTATIP2-to-partner and partner-to-HTATIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTATIP2 versus CGGBP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTATIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTATIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
