HTATIP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTATIP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,435 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTATIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TALDO1, MPDZ, and PGBD1. Each is linked with HTATIP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTATIP2-to-partner and partner-to-HTATIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTATIP2 versus TALDO1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTATIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTATIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
