HTATIP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTATIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,559 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTATIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPX6, IGHD5-12, and RNVU1-28. Each is linked with HTATIP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTATIP2-to-partner and partner-to-HTATIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPX6 grouped by HTATIP2-low versus HTATIP2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTATIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTATIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
