HSPG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,376 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC45, CXCL9, and LIG1. Each is linked with HSPG2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPG2-to-partner and partner-to-HSPG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDC45 grouped by HSPG2-low versus HSPG2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
