Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPE1P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,427 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPE1P9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, Mitochondrial gene expression, and Mitochondrial translation. Each is linked with HSPE1P9 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPE1P9-to-partner and partner-to-HSPE1P9 results are reported.
