Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HSPE1P8 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HSPE1P8 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher HSPE1P8 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSPE1P8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and CESC show a favorable association.

LUAD, ACC, and SKCM are the cancer types where HSPE1P8 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
