HSPE1P22

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HSPE1P22 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HSPE1P22 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher HSPE1P22 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSPE1P22 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and PAAD show a favorable association.

LUSC, PAAD, and THYM are the cancer types where HSPE1P22 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
