Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HSPE1P20 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HSPE1P20 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher HSPE1P20 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSPE1P20 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML show a favorable association.

SKCM, BLCA, and ESCA are the cancer types where HSPE1P20 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
