HSPD1P5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPD1P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,455 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPD1P5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNRNP200, SUPT5H, and U2SURP. Each is linked with HSPD1P5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPD1P5-to-partner and partner-to-HSPD1P5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSPD1P5 versus SNRNP200 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPD1P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPD1P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
