HSPD1P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPD1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,975 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPD1P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPE1P2, HSPD1P4, and HSPD1P1. Each is linked with HSPD1P2 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPD1P2-to-partner and partner-to-HSPD1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSPD1P2 versus HSPE1P2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPD1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPD1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
