HSPD1P11

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HSPD1P11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HSPD1P11 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher HSPD1P11 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSPD1P11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and UCS show a favorable association.

CESC, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where HSPD1P11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
