HSPD1P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPD1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,902 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPD1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR36, NKRF, and NOL6. Each is linked with HSPD1P1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPD1P1-to-partner and partner-to-HSPD1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPD1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPD1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
