HSPD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,764 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ12, RNU6-178P, and VN1R96P. Each is linked with HSPD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPD1-to-partner and partner-to-HSPD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ12 grouped by HSPD1-low versus HSPD1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
