HSPBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 74 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01335, SGO1P1, and LINC01109. Each is linked with HSPBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPBP1-to-partner and partner-to-HSPBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01335 grouped by HSPBP1-low versus HSPBP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
