HSPBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSPBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFA4, OR13G1, and ETDC. Each is linked with HSPBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPBP1-to-partner and partner-to-HSPBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFA4 grouped by HSPBP1-low versus HSPBP1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
