Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HSPBAP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HSPBAP1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher HSPBAP1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSPBAP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LIHC, and CESC are the cancer types where HSPBAP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
