HSPBAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPBAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 830 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPBAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NMD3P2, MIR3651, and OR7E46P. Each is linked with HSPBAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPBAP1-to-partner and partner-to-HSPBAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NMD3P2 grouped by HSPBAP1-low versus HSPBAP1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPBAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPBAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
