Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HSPB9 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HSPB9 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher HSPB9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSPB9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and ACC are the cancer types where HSPB9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
