HSPB7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPB7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 196 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPB7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND5P24, SNX18P27, and RN7SL383P. Each is linked with HSPB7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPB7-to-partner and partner-to-HSPB7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND5P24 grouped by HSPB7-low versus HSPB7-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPB7→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPB7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
