HSPB7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPB7 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPB7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ Tcm, CD4+ memory T-cells, and CD8+ naive T-cells. Each is linked with HSPB7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPB7-to-partner and partner-to-HSPB7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD4+ Tcm grouped by HSPB7-low versus HSPB7-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPB7→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPB7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
