HSPB7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSPB7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,685 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPB7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLCNKA, VASN, and CD248. Each is linked with HSPB7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPB7-to-partner and partner-to-HSPB7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSPB7 versus CLCNKA in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.97.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPB7→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPB7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
