Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSPB7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,228 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPB7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Regulation of cellular response to heat, and Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport. Each is linked with HSPB7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPB7-to-partner and partner-to-HSPB7 results are reported.
