Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,166 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSPB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of amyloid fibril formation, Aorta development, and Smooth muscle cell-matrix adhesion. Each is linked with HSPB2 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPB2-to-partner and partner-to-HSPB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of amyloid fibril formation grouped by HSPB2-low versus HSPB2-high in PAAD.
