HSPB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FER1L6-AS1, MAGEA2B, and RNU1-17P. Each is linked with HSPB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPB2-to-partner and partner-to-HSPB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FER1L6-AS1 grouped by HSPB2-low versus HSPB2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
