HSPA9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,161 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA9-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOT1, HSPA8P8, and SCAMP1-AS1. Each is linked with HSPA9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA9-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GOT1 grouped by HSPA9-low versus HSPA9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA9→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
