HSPA9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, MSH2, and EGFR. Each is linked with HSPA9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA9-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by HSPA9-low versus HSPA9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA9→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
