HSPA9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSPA9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,166 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of rRNA processing, Regulation of mitochondrial RNA catabolic process, and Positive regulation of mitochondrial RNA catabolic process. Each is linked with HSPA9 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA9-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of rRNA processing grouped by HSPA9-low versus HSPA9-high in PANCREAS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA9→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
