Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA8P8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,726 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA8P8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle cargo loading, COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading, and Positive regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with HSPA8P8 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA8P8-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA8P8 results are reported.
