Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, PKC-b-II_pS660, and eEF2. Each is linked with HSPA8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA8-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA8 results are reported.
