HSPA8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSPA8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 166 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAA38, PROKR2, and KIAA1210. Each is linked with HSPA8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA8-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NAA38 grouped by HSPA8-low versus HSPA8-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
