HSPA7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,281 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR2C, FCGR3A, and LILRB3. Each is linked with HSPA7 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA7-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
