HSPA7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,706 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIPF1, PSTPIP1, and ARHGAP45. Each is linked with HSPA7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA7-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
