HSPA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,356 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4710, PPIAP17, and MIR1305. Each is linked with HSPA4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA4-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4710 grouped by HSPA4-low versus HSPA4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
