HSPA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are XBP1, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with HSPA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA2-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XBP1 grouped by HSPA2-low versus HSPA2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
