Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,450 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSPA1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP2B1, RNU7-29P, and PITPNM3. Each is linked with HSPA1L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA1L-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
